Do I need to share my Google password?
No. We never ask for your Google credentials. The platform only requires your public Google Cloud Skills Boost profile URL to fetch public badge data safely.
How accurate is the points calculator?
Our calculator fetches real-time data from your public profile and uses the latest Arcade rules. Final points are always subject to Google's official verification.
How long does it take for new badges to show up?
Once you complete a lab and earn a badge on Cloud Skills Boost, it usually updates on your public profile instantly. Refresh your Arcade Nexus dashboard.
Can I use multiple accounts to earn more swags?
No. Multiple accounts are strictly against Google Cloud Arcade policies. If caught, you risk getting banned from the program and losing all earned points.
When does the Prize Counter open?
The Arcade Prize Counter typically opens twice a year (usually around June and December). During this time, you can redeem accumulated points for official swag.
Is this an official Google website?
No. Arcade Nexus is an independent project created by community members (Manish & Anjali) to assist fellow learners. It is not officially affiliated with Google LLC.
